Do I get a real earplug?
No, you receive a digital design in your inbox. A real custom earplug is only made after your ear impressions are taken, because it is made to the shape of your ear.
How quickly do I get the design proof?
Within a few days of your request.
Which logo file should I send?
Send the sharpest file you have, preferably with a transparent background.
Can I design them myself?
Yes. In the Designlab you choose the material, colour, filter and, if you like, a logo or jewel yourself. From 10 pairs, you can also upload your own logo there.
