How long does it take before my earplugs are ready?
Your earplugs are made to measure in our own lab, Audiform in Kilder. They are ready about three weeks after your ear impressions are taken.
Where do I have my ear impressions taken?
At a partner hearing centre. Search by postcode on the page Find a hearing centre. For companies with 10 or more people, we can also take ear impressions on site.
Where do I pay for my earplugs?
At the hearing centre. You design your earplugs online and get a design code and a PDF. You use them to book an appointment at a partner hearing centre. The hearing care professional takes impressions of your ears, which are included in the price. You pay at the hearing centre. You agree with your hearing care professional whether you collect your earplugs or have them sent to you. Only an extra filter set is ordered and paid for online.

Can I see first what earplugs with our logo look like?
