You don't pay for custom earplugs online. You pay at the hearing centre that takes your ear impressions. This is how it works.

  1. You design your earplugs online and get a design code and a PDF
  2. You book an appointment at a partner hearing centre. The hearing care professional takes impressions of your ears, which are included in the price
  3. You pay at the hearing centre. Your earplugs are ready about three weeks after your ear impressions are taken
