Do you come to our site to take ear impressions?
Yes. If 10 or more people work at your company, our specialists come to your site to take the impressions. Employees can also have their ear impressions taken at a partner hearing centre. Read how a fitting day works under on-site fitting.
How long does it take before we have the custom earplugs?
The custom earplugs are ready about three weeks after the ear impressions are taken.
Can we see what our logo looks like first?
Yes. Upload your logo in the Designlab and you see it on both earplugs straight away, with the price for your number of pairs. Would you rather we did it? Request a free digital design proof.
Should we choose acrylic or silicone?
Acrylic is sturdy, durable and easy to clean, ideal for intensive use. Silicone is soft and flexible and offers extra wearing comfort. We are happy to advise per work environment.
What level of protection do our employees need?
That depends on the work environment. With the interchangeable membrane filters (DR, DM, DI and DIM) you choose the right protection for each situation. For construction, the earplugs come with a DI filter with 26 dB SNR as standard. We advise you based on your situation.
How do we know what the Dutch Working Conditions Act (Arbowet) requires of us?
Go through our checklist for hearing protection at work.
